About Kovektor

Stylianos Gisdakis is a technology and AI leader based in Stockholm. His career spans hands-on machine learning, financial platforms and engineering leadership.

His work in credit and fraud includes models deployed across European and US markets, as well as underwriting engines, credit policies, lending limits and pricing. He has held roles from data scientist and team lead to Head of Data Science.

In open banking, his director and senior director roles covered data and analytics, machine-learning platforms and core cloud infrastructure. This included transaction categorisation, credit-risk signals, databases, platform migrations and operational reliability. He also managed organisations with hundreds of engineers.

His recent work covers agentic infrastructure for tax preparation, accounting document processing and insurance regulatory reporting.

He holds a PhD from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, with research in networked systems security.
